Corn and Black Bean Salsa Recipe
Both our daughters, Karen and Beckie, inherited my love of cooking and feeding their family happily. It’s still sweet corn time in Nebraska for another week or two so take advantage of this delicious season. Labor Day means picnics and gatherings and this is sure to be a home run!
On her blog, Karen shares one of her sister’s recipes that has become a family favorite! You can make it any time of the year with canned, frozen or grocery store corn, but fresh corn cut right off the cob definitely takes it up a notch. 🙂
